Visual Momentum Intensive A focused 90-minute strategy session designed to define your visual direction and map out a clear promotional plan before your next release. Together, we’ll align your music, style, and messaging so your rollout feels intentional, cohesive, and built to connect. Execution, content creation, and full rollout builds are not included. Outcome: Clear visual identity, structured release direction, and a focused action plan so your next drop doesn’t feel random or rushed. Session must be paid in full to confirm booking.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received. Refunds & Cancellations All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment.
