Service Description
A focused visual strategy service designed to define your direction and map out a clear plan before your next release. After reviewing your music, brand, and goals through a detailed intake process, I’ll develop a visual direction and simplified rollout timeline that aligns with your sound, style, and audience. We’ll then schedule a call to walk through everything together so you leave with a clear path forward. This service focuses specifically on preparing the visual direction and content strategy for an upcoming release. What’s Included: • Detailed intake form to review your music, brand, and upcoming release • Defined visual direction for your current era • *Custom content ideas aligned with your style and personality • Simplified rollout timeline for your upcoming single with clear action steps • Messaging guidance to strengthen how your release is presented • 45-minute call to review your strategy and walk through the plan • PDF recap outlining your visual direction and next steps *This service focuses on strategy and direction. Execution, filming, and full rollout builds are not included. Outcome: A clear visual direction and structured rollout plan so your next release feels intentional, cohesive, and prepared instead of random or rushed. Session must be paid in full to confirm booking.
Cancellation Policy
All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment. Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received.
