Service Description
Walk away knowing exactly what your next move is. What You’ll Walk Away With: • Clear next step • The right service (if any) for where you are • A simplified path so you stop overthinking If you’re looking for detailed content ideation or a full rollout build, that’s a different service and I’ll point you there. If you deicide to book a service, your consultation payment will be applied to your service.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received. Refunds & Cancellations All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment.
