Service Description
Build a strong creative foundation before your next release. We'll define your brand, develop a content strategy that feels authentic, and create a visual plan that gives every piece of content a clear purpose. From concept to shoot day, I'll guide the creative process to help your music stand out. What's Included: •Brand strategy call to define your identity and goals •Brand overview PDF •Tailored content concepts mapped to your brand and release (12 outlined reel concepts) •Creative treatment for one visualizer •On-set creative direction to ensure the vision is executed (travel outside of Metro Atlanta will incur travel fee.) •Access to my preferred videographer for a streamlined production process Outcome: A complete creative direction experience with a clear brand, intentional content strategy, and a professionally executed visual that sets the tone for your release and future growth. Please note: videography and production costs are separate from this package. A preferred videographer is available, but you're welcome to work with your own team if preferred.
Cancellation Policy
All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment. Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received.
