Service Description
A full rollout plan built with creative direction and strategy in mind. I’ll create a detailed, done-for-you blueprint that connects your music, visuals, and messaging so your release feels intentional, cohesive, and aligned with your brand from start to finish. What’s Included: • Alignment call to discuss your brand, music, and goals • Brand and messaging overview to ensure consistency • Custom rollout blueprint covering pre- launch, release week, and post-release phases • Creative direction and guidelines for visuals and content* • 30-45 min follow-up call to review the plan and finalize next steps *Full Rollout Direction includes creative direction for one music video or visualizer, one photoshoot, promotional videos, and social media content. Outcome: A complete, professional rollout strategy that helps you move confidently through your release with clear direction, creative alignment, and visuals that reflect your brand and music. Optional Add-On: On-site direction (within 30-mile radius or travel fee will incur) Turnaround time will be outlined before payment is accepted. *A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is due before your rollout plan is delivered.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received. Refunds & Cancellations All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment.
