A focused working session for artists who are ready to move but need a clear foundation and roadmap first. During this session, we’ll review your current brand together, define your direction, and map out your next steps so you leave with a plan you can actually execute. This is not just feedback. It’s live strategy building and decision-making so you’re no longer stuck guessing what to do next. What We’ll Cover: •Review of your current visuals, content, and positioning •Identification of gaps and missed opportunities •Clarification of your core brand direction •A step-by-step roadmap for your next moves What You’ll Receive: •A custom roadmap PDF outlining your priorities, focus areas, and next actions following your session Outcome: A clear path forward for your brand and visual strategy so you know exactly what to focus on, what to create, and how to start building momentum. Best For: Artists who feel stuck, scattered, or unsure how to move forward and want hands-on guidance to build a strong foundation before their next release.
Cancellation Policy
All payments for services or products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of creative direction, refunds are not issued once project has been booked. If a client wishes to cancel after a project begins, all payments made are retained by IVTH EDIT. In some cases, and at IVTH EDIT’s discretion, partial payments may be applied as credit toward a future service if used within 90 days of the original booking date. Credit eligibility depends on the amount of work completed before cancellation. All cancellations or credit requests must be made in writing. Rescheduling for Sessions and Calls Calls may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability. No-shows without notice will require a new booking and payment. Payment Payment requirements vary by service. For services under $500 or any strategy session, full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. For services $500 and above, a non-refundable deposit of 50–70% is required to reserve your project date and begin the service, with the remaining balance due before the final deliverables are released. Work will not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received.
